The Charity Appeal

Khan Academy offers practice exercises, instructional videos, and a personalized learning dashboard that empower learners to study at their own pace in and outside of the classroom. We tackle math, science, computer programming, history, art history, economics, and more. Our math missions guide learners from kindergarten to calculus using state-of-the-art, adaptive technology that identifies strengths and learning gaps. We've also partnered with institutions like NASA, The Museum of Modern Art, The California Academy of Sciences, and MIT to offer specialized content.

The government has highlighted the need for businesses to donate to charities, all that remains is for the voluntary sector to approach the business's. We here at QMADS are committed to give back to the vibrant community of our country and communities around the world, but what should charities consider when approaching us is the detail about their projects? We would appreciate if you could write to us covering the following: care homes cqc compliance standards cqc compliance requirements cqc compliance assessment tool

  • Whom the organisation serves;
  • Why the organisation needs funds;
  • How the donation would be spent if it were to be forthcoming.
  • You should attempt to communicate the urgency of your appeal.

When faced with cancer, everyone deserves a fair fight. Yet, most cancer patients in Pakistan neither have the means nor the support system to give them a fighting chance. At Imran Khan Cancer Appeal (IKCA), all of our work on the ground happens through the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital (SKMCH). Here, we offer comprehensive cancer care free of charge in a hospital which houses all the specialised diagnostic and therapeutic facilities under a single roof.

SKMCH was established in Lahore in 1994. As a comprehensive care facility dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of cancer, it was a first in Pakistan. Since then, we’ve grown to expand our reach. To meet demand and support patients in harder to reach areas, we’ve established Diagnostics Centres, Laboratory Collection Centres, and Outreach Screening Clinics nationwide.
