Free consultation
Tell us your service model and the regulated activities you intend to carry on. We confirm what CQC will expect of you, and what it will take to get there.
Scope and fixed fee
You agree the scope and a one-off fee before any work begins. Nothing is drafted until that is settled.
We prepare the documents
Provider and registered manager applications, statement of purpose, policies, business plan and financial viability statement. We write each one to the format CQC requires, and your policies come branded on your own letterhead.
Submission and interview
We submit through the CQC portal and prepare you for the fit and proper person interview using questions CQC has put to our previous clients.
Staying compliant
After registration: mock inspections, quality statement evidence, Regulation 17 governance and a remedial action plan whenever a rating needs to move.
Answers
Questions providers ask first
Registration timescales, what CQC does after you submit, the interview and payment terms.
We require advance payment for all the services you purchase from us. Most of our work is content-based, so it is paid for before it is drafted and delivered.
We are fully responsible and accountable for the services we provide, if ever there is anything done wrong/incorrect by us, we will make all efforts to fix it without any charge. CQC makes the registration decision, so no consultancy can promise you an outcome. If an application has to be resubmitted, call us for a quote; resubmissions start from £1,250 + VAT.
How much support you get depends on the package you buy. With the registration package it runs until you receive your CQC interview date. You can talk to us, email, and chat to us on WhatsApp (the mobile number is 07899 844 834).
Yes, all of the documents we prepare for you are given to you in MS Word and PDF format so you are able to use them in future, and edit them should there be any need.
Not all health services are same and it takes different content to represent each type of application to the regulators which results in more time and efforts we have to make. Registration is priced by service type: social care from £2,500 + VAT, primary care from £3,000 + VAT, secondary care and other services from £3,500 + VAT, and amendments or resubmissions from £1,250 + VAT. If your service is not in one of those bands, call us and we will map the regulated activity for you.
Yes, there are many things which are beyond our control and can only be done by yourself, e.g. taking insurance quotation for your business, opening up bank account, ordering supplies, making provisions for H&S suppliers and more. However if you do not have an idea as to what needs to be done, please feel free to give us a call and we will help you with the list of items.
