Free consultation
Tell us your service model and the regulated activities you intend to carry on. We confirm what CQC will expect of you, and what it will take to get there.
Scope and fixed fee
You agree the scope and a one-off fee before any work begins. Nothing is drafted until that is settled.
We prepare the documents
Provider and registered manager applications, statement of purpose, policies, business plan and financial viability statement. We write each one to the format CQC requires, and your policies come branded on your own letterhead.
Submission and interview
We submit through the CQC portal and prepare you for the fit and proper person interview using questions CQC has put to our previous clients.
Staying compliant
After registration: mock inspections, quality statement evidence, Regulation 17 governance and a remedial action plan whenever a rating needs to move.
Answers
Questions providers ask first
Registration timescales, what CQC does after you submit, the interview and payment terms.
QMADS normally prepares a complete application pack within 7–10 working days, once we have received all required information. CQC does not guarantee a fixed assessment timeframe and advises that registration can take a few months, depending on the service, complexity and assessment required.
CQC first checks that your application forms, supporting documents and information are complete and correct. If the application passes these checks, it progresses to assessment, which may include further information requests, an interview, a site visit or a discussion with the Nominated Individual.
We require advance payment for all the services you purchase from us. Most of our work is content-based, so it is paid for before it is drafted and delivered.
We are fully responsible and accountable for the services we provide, if ever there is anything done wrong/incorrect by us, we will make all efforts to fix it without any charge. CQC makes the registration decision, so no consultancy can promise you an outcome. If an application has to be resubmitted, call us for a quote; resubmissions start from £1,250 + VAT.
How much support you get depends on the package you buy. With the registration package it runs until you receive your CQC interview date. You can talk to us, email, and chat to us on WhatsApp (the mobile number is 07899 844 834).
Yes, all of the documents we prepare for you are given to you in MS Word and PDF format so you are able to use them in future, and edit them should there be any need.
